A private hibachi party turns your backyard, deck, or dining room into the best seat of a steakhouse --- flames, flying spatulas, the onion volcano, and a chef performing three feet from your guests. Here's exactly how it works with SIFU.

How It Works

  • You pick the date, place, and headcount --- we're available 24/7 across RI, MA, and CT.

  • We arrive early with the mobile hibachi grill, all food, and a dedicated server, and handle the standard setup.

  • Your private chef cooks course by course: salad and edamame, then hibachi fried rice, noodles, vegetables, and chicken, steak, and shrimp for every guest --- with the full fire show.

  • We clean up the cooking area and roll out. You keep the leftovers and the bragging rights.

How Much Space Do You Need?

A patio, deck, driveway, or backyard corner is plenty --- the grill needs roughly the footprint of a large barbecue plus room for the chef to perform. Guests sit at tables arranged around the action. For Signature events you provide tables and chairs; with Premium White Glove (starts at $1,600).

Indoors, Outdoors, Boats --- Yes

Backyards and decks are the classics, but we've cooked poolside parties, indoor winter birthdays, holiday office dinners, and full hibachi on a private boat at sunset. If there's ventilation and space for the grill, we can make it happen --- anywhere, anytime.

What It Costs

Signature Hibachi starts at $800 for up to 20 guests ($1,600 for up to 40, $2,400 for up to 60), with chicken, steak, and shrimp for every guest plus all the sides, a server, and setup included. Premium White Glove starts at $1,600 with Wagyu, lobster, and a fully dressed table. Add a sushi cart with 50 fresh rolls for $800. Large events up to 600 guests are custom quoted.Full Bar Service is $800 for up to 20 guests, $1,600 for up to 40, and $2,400 for up to 60 ($50 per in-between guest). Professional bartenders, craft cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits — fully stocked and served. Licensed and insured.
