Hibachi catering with SIFU starts at $800 for up to 20 guests — that's $40 per person with chicken, steak, and shrimp for every guest, all the sides, a professional hibachi chef and live show, a dedicated server, and full setup and cleanup included. There are no travel fees, no fuel fees, and no hidden charges anywhere we serve in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, or Connecticut. The quote you approve is exactly what you pay (gratuity not included).
Quick math: $800 covers up to 20 guests, $1,600 covers up to 40, and $2,400 covers up to 60. Guest counts between tiers are $50 per additional guest — for example, 43 guests is $1,600 + 3 × $50 = $1,750. With multi-chef staffing, SIFU caters events up to 600 guests across RI, MA & CT.
What's Included in Every Hibachi Package
Chicken, steak, and shrimp for every guest — three proteins standard, never a stripped-down single-protein plate
Fried rice, noodles, hibachi vegetables, salad, and edamame
All sauces — teriyaki, yum yum, and soy
Professional hibachi chef and the full live cooking show
A dedicated server, so your chef focuses on the performance
Complete setup and cleanup — fuel, travel, and equipment all included
Signature Hibachi Pricing
Up to 20 guests — $800
Up to 40 guests — $1,600
Up to 60 guests — $2,400
Between tiers — $50 per additional guest (example: 30 guests = $800 + 10 × $50 = $1,300)
Large events — custom quotes up to 600 guests with multiple chefs
White Glove Hibachi
White Glove starts at $1,100 for up to 20 guests and includes the full sit-down setup: tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and decor. Wagyu, lobster, and scallops are available as premium protein upgrades. Prefer to keep the Signature package? Add White Glove service to any Signature event for $300.
Full Bar Service
Full Bar Service is $800 for up to 20 guests, $1,600 for up to 40, and $2,400 for up to 60 — the same simple structure as the hibachi, priced as a separate add-on. So hibachi plus full bar for 20 guests is $1,600 total. SIFU holds a Rhode Island Class P caterer's liquor license, so we're fully licensed and insured to bring the bar to you — something most at-home hibachi caterers legally cannot offer.
