The Hibachi Standard
Every single guest gets chicken, steak, AND shrimp — three proteins standard, never a pick-two menu — cooked live on the grill with the full teppanyaki show, plus salad, edamame, and the classic hibachi sides.
Premium Upgrades
For events that call for it: Wagyu beef, lobster, and scallops as premium protein upgrades, quoted per event.
The Sushi Side
Fresh sushi bar — chef-selected rolls prepared on site.
The 50-roll sushi cart — a self-serve centerpiece for larger parties.
Fusion rolls from Yokomo — Dominican-Japanese fusion for events that want something nobody else serves.
The Bar
SIFU holds a Rhode Island Class P caterer's liquor license. Full Bar Service is a separate add-on with the same transparent tier structure as the food — and a sake tasting ($150) makes a strong opener for smaller gatherings.
Partner Kitchens
Through SIFU × Aviv, add Mediterranean dishes from the Tel Aviv Waterfront kitchen to any booking — two kitchens, one order. Fusion rolls from Yokomo round out the network.
