A live hibachi chef is the opposite of that — dinner and entertainment in one, an instant icebreaker between people who have been trading business cards all day, and easy to flex around dietary needs. Add a fresh sushi bar for range and a licensed full bar for the reception, and you have solved food and drinks with one vendor on one invoice. That last part matters more than it sounds: SIFU holds a Rhode Island Class P caterer's liquor license, which very few mobile caterers can say — so we pour cocktails, wine, and beer legally, with liability covered, instead of leaving you to source a separate bar.
